摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving device which is simply formed and has three degrees of freedom, and further can avoid usage of electromagnet as well as exhibits a high energetic efficiency when moving in the X-Y direction and can be easily controlled. <P>SOLUTION: For example, for moving in the X direction, a first piezoelectric element 11 is extended at a relatively low speed. On the other hand, a second piezoelectric element 12 is contracted at a relatively low speed. This allows only a weight 3 to move in the X direction. Then the first piezoelectric element 11 is contracted at a relatively high speed. At the same time, the second piezoelectric element 12 is extended at a relatively high speed.
