<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control program, a data control program, a removable-medium apparatus, and an image display system, in which even in the case of using the removable-medium apparatus for outputting information stored in a removable-medium through a network using FTP as a protocol, an image file stored in the removable-medium loaded into the removable-medium apparatus can be easily and quickly checked. <P>SOLUTION: When an MFP 1 outputs data stored in an area of 103ff from the head of each image file 41 to a PC20, thumbnail image data stored in the area of 103ff from the head can be outputted to the PC 20 and displayed on the PC 20.
