<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load of an image forming apparatus when data are transferred from a server device for printing. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a control unit 10 which outputs a data acquisition request and time information on when the acquisition request is output to the server device 2 arranged on a network, adds a print approval time to the time information returned together with the data from the server device 2, and stops printing when the time obtained by the result of calculation is over the present time. In order to decide whether the received data are printed or not by the control unit 10, the approval time has only to be added and compared with the present time, resulting in a reduction of load of the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
