<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein only a computer in which prescribed program is prepared could be used, and it is impossible to decode data, unless key data that are to be distributed through a predetermined route are not stored in a computer. <P>SOLUTION: A peculiar identification number is read from a non-contact type IC chip 60 as a key via a non-contact IC chip reader 40 when writing or reading data, and authentication is carried out by an authentication information comparator circuit 25, on the basis of the unique identification number; and when authentication has been completed, the data are encrypted by an encryption circuit 22, and the data are decoded by a decoding circuit 23, and non-encrypted data to be written from a host 50 are encrypted, and written in a memory 30, and the encrypted data are read from the memory 30, and decoded and then, output to the host 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
