<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitutive payment-supporting system which efficiently realizes processing accompanying a substitutive payment service. <P>SOLUTION: A business terminal 3 produces payment information based both on user information which a user registers with a user management DB 401 and on charge information of a charge information DB 402 which is received from a charge terminal 1 and registered, registers the payment information with a payment information DB 403 and informs a user terminal 2 of the payment information. Further, the business terminal 3 produces deletion information from the acquired payment information on the user and registers it with a deletion information DB 404. The charge information and the payment information are updated by using the deletion information to carry out a quick and accurate substitutive payment service.
