<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong ball game machine allowing a player, whether the player is a beginner with little knowledge of mahjong or a skilled player, to accurately and swiftly select and determine tiles to be taken. <P>SOLUTION: The mahjong ball game machine comprises a taken tile candidate display means for displaying symbols of candidate tiles to be taken when a game ball enters a special entrance in a special game, and a taken tile selection determining means for the player to select and determine one tile as a tile to be taken among candidate tiles to be taken displayed by the taken tile candidate display means. The mahjong ball game machine also has a taken tile determining means for determining a tile to make a finish if the tile it taken in the next tile taking operation from 13 hand tile data when the tile discarding operation is terminated.
