PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when disposing feces and urine of a pet, it is visually disagreeable and inconvenient to place the conventional roll type toilet paper in a room, however, the conventional boxed tissues have a water-insoluble quality, is unusable for a flush toilet and unsuited for the disposal of the feces and urine of the pet, moreover, a great number of pet owners know no right feces disposal method or are ill-mannered and the pet feces nuisance becomes a social problem. SOLUTION: Water-soluble paper sheets 1 cut into an appropriate size are put in a box 2 and the box is formed into such a shape that a user can easily take out the paper sheet from its side face of its upper face. The box has a superior design property to maintain the harmonious balance with the room inside to increase the number of its users, spread the right feces disposal method and improve the manner of the pet owner.
