PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive original printing plate for relief printing which has excellent printing characteristics for any of water ink and solvent ink, and to provide a composition for ink receiving layer formation used therefor, and a method for manufacturing a relief printing plate. SOLUTION: The photosensitive original printing plate for relief printing is formed by laminating a photosensitive resin layer and an ink receiving layer in order on a base, and the ink receiving layer is formed of a composition containing an acrylic modified polyester resin emulsion and a water-soluble resin.
