PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low price shielding structure of electronic apparatus free from any influence of electromagnetic wave. SOLUTION: The shielding structure of electronic apparatus includes, within a case thereof, a printed circuit board having a plurality of insulated electronic circuits and a shielding member 1 for shielding the same circuit board. The shielding member is formed as a conductive flat surface material 2 formed of a conductive material, both surfaces thereof are held and adhered with insulators 3, and the conductive flat surface material 2 is separated in arrangement for each region of the electronic circuit.
