PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure of an electric connector used for mounting the connector ensuring the degree of freedom of arrangement of a circuit board with the connector connected thereto in a housing to exert an alignment function. SOLUTION: The mount structure 1 of an electric connector is provided with: the electric connector 10 with wires 21a and 21b connected to the circuit board led out from one end side; a metallic frame body 30 surrounding the circumference of the electric connector 10, elastically holding the electric connector 10 in two directions perpendicular to each other in a fitting surface 13a to a mating connector, and holding the electric connector 10 in the fitting direction to the mating connector; and a metallic case 50 holding the electric connector 10 through the frame body 30, and attached to the housing.
