PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical condition for a grasping method capable of predicting the presence or absence of MACE of ACS patients, which could not be screened with only clinical findings nor by conventional markers, and to provide a method for avoiding MACE by preventive administration of ADAMTS 13, based on the same. SOLUTION: The method for detecting clinical conditions of ACS patients includes the amount or activities of ADAMTS 13 of patients of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) and the amount of VWF.
