PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe card capable of laying wring easily, capable of coping with a multi-pin probe or a narrow-pitch probe. SOLUTION: In this probe card wherein a substrate on which a probe is mounted and a flexible print wiring board are bonded on a plate, the substrate and the flexible print wiring board are bonded together by a paste-shaped or film-shaped resin adhesive on the same surface of the plate, and a bonding pad, connected electrically to the probe, is provided on the substrate, and the bonding pad and the flexible print wiring board are connected together by aerial wiring that uses a conductive wire.
