PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely press an auxiliary optical member against a light emitting window in ejecting the auxiliary optical member from a device main body, irrespective of the very simple and easy structure, as for an electronic flashing device equipped with the auxiliary optical member such as a wide adapter, etc. SOLUTION: As for the electronic flashing device, the light emitting part is arranged in the device main body, and also, the auxiliary optical member for covering the light emitting window of the light emitting part in ejecting the member from a storing chamber is arranged in the storing chamber formed in the device main body so that the auxiliary optical member may be freely inserted/ejected, the device is provided with a guiding means for guiding the auxiliary optical member to the light emitting window covering position in ejecting the auxiliary optical member, and an energizing means for energizing the auxiliary optical member to the light emitting window in ejecting the auxiliary optical member from the storing chamber, and the guiding means is provided with rotary shafts which are formed on both sides of the trailing end part of the auxiliary optical member so as to project into a side direction, and guiding parts formed on both sides of the opening part of the storing chamber, for guiding the rotary shafts so as to be freely rotated.
