PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition which has highly large freedom on resin selection and the like, when produced, can reflect the performance of a binder resin on the performance of a film as such, and can form finely uneven surfaces, when cured. SOLUTION: This coating composition forming finely uneven surfaces, when cured, comprises (a) a heat-curable or photo-curable binder and (b) fluorine-containing resin particles.
