PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder dispersion composition which is obtained by dispersing powder in an aqueous medium, contains the powder in a precipitated state, when standing, contains the powder in a state dispersed in the aqueous medium without being caked, when shaken to use the composition, and has excellent redispersibility. SOLUTION: This powder dispersion composition obtained by dispersing the powder in the aqueous medium is characterized by containing a water-soluble aluminum salt in an amount of 0.005 to 5.0 mass% and having a pH of≥5.
