PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite coating structure free from interlayer separation and showing excellent crack following properties/waterproofness to a concrete and a mortar construction, a metallic driver, etc., and adhesion with the driver. SOLUTION: This composite coating structure is formed of a coating layer obtained by fiber-reinforcing a heat-curable resin with a tensile elongation of not less than 90% at 23°C and an elastic modulas in tension of not more than 500 MPa by (A) JISK7113, (B) an adhesive layer for the fiber-reinforced heat-curable resin layer, (C) a polymer composition layer with not less than a tensile elongation of 30% by JISK6251, and (D) a base, laminated in that order from the top.
