The mirror has a substrate (1), and a reflecting layer sequence (6) is applied on the substrate having a silver layer (4). A facing surface of the substrate bended in the layer sequence and nickel is applied on the facing surface containing a layer (2). The substrate is a metal substrate particularly an aluminum substrate and is a spherically bended. The shaping of the metal substrate takes place through a rotary method particularly through diamond turning. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing of a mirror.
