<p>The procedure for the processing of a fibrous suspension for a head box of a paper-, cardboard- or other fiber-strip producing machines, comprises filtering the fibrous suspension and/or fluid from the fibrous suspension in a disk filter (1), which is arranged in a material-water circulation or water circulation, in order to filter out a filtrate (2, 6), and aerating the filtered out filtrate before recirculating in the circulation in a ventilation device (4). The filtrate is filtered in the ventilating device that is in the form of a straight channel opened against atmospheric pressure. The channel laterally opens into the container on the height of the filtrate level at the container. The channel passes above the filtrate fluid level within an area that extends itself vertically above the filtrate level in the container. The channel is guided in U-shaped manner. The filtrate filtered out in the disks filter is partitioned into different flow fractions that differ with respect to its fiber part from one another and a part of the filtrate flow is aerated. The filtrate flow comprises fibrous substances with turbid filtrate flow and widely or completely fiber-free substances with clear filtrate flow and only the turbid filtrate flow is aerated and the fibrous suspension flow to be filtered is again added. The filtrate remains in the filtrate container for a resting time of 1-5 minutes. The aerated filtrate is introduced back into the intake of the disk filter in the form of turbid fiber substances. An independent claim is included for a disk filter for filtering of filtrate from a fiber suspension.</p> |
