A casting method is provided to move interior operating parts in a casting operation space box by breaking sand of an operation space placing model through plural elongated holes by using a tool. A casting method comprises the steps of: preparing interior operating parts(S10); forming a mold for an operation space having a model space corresponding to the shape of a casting operation space box formed in a casting for a basic body in which the interior operating parts are installed(S20); producing an operation space placing model by placing the interior operating parts in the model space of the mold and filling the mold with sand(S30); making upper and lower molds forming a basic mold to cast the casting for a basic body and forming an operation space in one of the upper and lower molds(S40); placing the operation space placing model in the operation space formed at one of the upper and lower molds and then putting the other mold on the upside(S50); filling a cavity by injecting casting melt into the basic mold and then cooling down the casting melt(S60); obtaining the casting for a basic body coming into contact with the operation space placing model in the closed casting operation space box, by removing the basic mold(S70); and moving the interior operating parts in the casting operation space box by removing sand of the operation space placing model coming into contact with the casting operation space box(S80). |
