FIELD: metallurgy, sintering equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sintering equipment for agglomeration of ores and concentrates, namely, to design of fire grate cars. Proposed car has frame with carrying beams of running rollers, fire grate and sides made of two parts and detachable in height. Lower part of side is made detachable at lower level of transported material and it consists of several cross parts installed with clearances in between. Upper part of side is made in form of flat sheet provided with upper and lower rows of cuts displaced relative to each other in longitudinal direction and overlapping in middle part by Delta=0.1-0.3 of height of side upper part. Lower part of side is widened relative to longitudinal axis of car by b=0.02-0.04 of width of car fire grate. Such design of upper and lower parts of side makes it possible to dispense with special-shape sections with preservation of strength characteristics, prevents formation of cracks in lower part of side, exclude additional mechanical stresses in zone of connection of upper and lower parts of side. ^ EFFECT: improved repairability of car and increased capacity. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
