<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for smoothly forming a dough for a kneaded food such as a rice cake and a sliced and dried rice cake on the upper surface of a swinging plate so as not to form a dumpling shape. <P>SOLUTION: A swinging shelf plate 4 for dropping the dough cut at and dropped from an extruding opening of an extruder 1 for extruding the dough for the kneaded food on the swinging plate 2 by directly receiving and rolling the dough is integrally or detachably installed on the starting terminal part of the swinging plate 2 for receiving the dough cut at and dropped from the extruder 1.
