<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device or the like capable of maintaining constant security even when a document is taken out to the outside in a configuration simplified more than in the conventional technology. <P>SOLUTION: The document management device 10 is a document management device for managing a plurality of documents and comprises: an output request input means 11 for inputting an output request for a document and user information of a user performing the output request; an authentication means 12 for performing personal authentication processing of the user performing the output request on the basis the user information inputted by the output request input means 11; a data format conversion means 14 for converting a document into security settable data when the output request is inputted by the output request input means 11; and a security setting means 15 for setting security in the data converted by the data format conversion means 14 in accordance with a result of the personal authentication processing by the authentication means 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
