<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging paper box from which water vapor escapes to the outside when it is heated in a microwave oven, and is not caught when it is rotated. <P>SOLUTION: In the packaging paper box with a flat box shape, a water vapor escaping part which is opened when inner vapor pressure exceeds predetermined pressure, is provided on a back-sticking part 1 and a packaging bag P<SB>1</SB>in which a cooked food is filled hermetically and a boiled rice pack in which boiled rice is filled aseptically are stored as a set, wherein the side face and the end face of the box have a heights so that the packaging bag P<SB>1</SB>and the boiled rice pack can be stored in pile in a horizontally sideways falling-down state and one end face is a cutting-opening part capable of being broken along up and down sides. When the cutting-opening part is removed, one end face is brought into an opened state and when only the packaging bag is stored, since there is a space for the boiled rice pack, the water vapor escaping part on the back-sticking part is not closed even if the packaging bag swells when heated in the microwave oven.
