<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a commodity agency geographically proper for a purchaser regardless of an address of the purchaser and to deliver a commodity to the purchaser from the geographically proper agency. <P>SOLUTION: In this commodity delivery system, when a subscriber 102 accesses an advertisement distribution-purchase receipt server 119 via a portable terminal 101 to require an advertisement, information on the advertisement of a shop 113 capable of delivering the commodity is notified via an electronic mail. The subscriber 102 decides purchase of a commodity after accessing a web site to examine the commodity, a convenience store 112 close to the location of the portable terminal 101 is selected for delivery of the commodity by the advertisement distribution-purchase receipt server 119 and a delivery company server 116.
