<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a failure that could occur in an electric system and to perform environmentally-friendly control even while the failure is coped with. <P>SOLUTION: Upon the detection of a failure in the electric system including a motor MG 1, a battery 50, a motor MG 2 and a booster circuit 55, inverters 41, 42 and the booster circuit 55 are controlled to close the gates of transistors in the inverters 41, 42 and the booster circuit 55; also, an engine 22 is controlled to stop fuel injection. At a predetermined timing after the detection of the failure, the inverter circuits 41, 42 and the booster circuit 55 are controlled to open the closed gates of the transistors; also, the engine 22 is controlled to resume fuel injection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
