<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electrochemical element in which the repeated stability of dope/de-dope reaction is improved to conductive polymer. <P>SOLUTION: As for an electrochemical element having electrode and electrolyte containing bipolar conductive polymer, one side electrode is used as only a positive electrode, and the other electrode is used as a negative electrode.
