PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily obtaining an image represented in suitable composition. SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus comprises: a photographing unit for acquiring first image data and second image data; a judgement unit for judging whether a first image represented by the first image data acquired before acquiring the second image data matches prepared reference composition or not; and an information provision unit for providing to a user information corresponding to a result of the judgement before acquiring the second image data.
