PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealing method for solving the following problem: a heat sealing part is clouded or contaminated with bubbles. SOLUTION: In the heat sealing method, a heat sealing pressure is made to be a water vapor pressure-0.05 MPa or above at a heat sealing temperature (1) when the heat sealing temperature is the melting point of a heat sealing material or below and to be the water vapor pressure or above at the heat sealing temperature (2) when the heat sealing temperature is higher than the melting point of the heat sealing material.
