PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which is made principally of a polymer resin film, can easily be manufactured, is lightweight, and has higher vibration reduction property. SOLUTION: Provided is a vibration reducing material having rigid particles embedded in voids formed by expanding craze regions of the polymer resin film having the craze regions formed. Further, provided is a vibration reducing material having a conductive material charged in voids formed by expanding craze regions of the polymer resin film having the craze regions formed and also having conductive layers laminated on both the surfaces of the polymer resin film, the vibration reducing material being characterized in that the polymer resin film has piezoelectricity.
