PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive and compact transmission type screen device capable of restraining the occurrence of flexure or wrinkles caused by the change of temperature and humidity with simple structure and also narrowing the frame of a screen. SOLUTION: A lenticular lens screen 2 and a Fresnel lens screen 3 are suspended along and in contact with both sides of a reinforcing plate 4 in such a state that their upper sides are respectively fixed and held by an upper fixing frame 5. Then, down ward tension by a leaf spring is uniformly given to the lower sides of the lenticular lens screen 2 and the Fresnel lens screen 3 in a width direction. Furthermore, the lower side of the reinforcing plate 4 is supported by a lower frame, and dead weight of the lenticular lens screen 2, the Fresnel lens screen 3 and the reinforcing plate 4 and the tension by the leaf spring are received by the lower frame.
