PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain azimuth information inexpensively and easily even without depending on satellites and radio wave sources, and with high reliability even on land. SOLUTION: A rotary throwing body 11 that is rotated when it is thrown has a conductor 12. A detection section 13 for generating detection output when induced electromotive force is generated in a prescribed direction in the conductor 12 is provided, and a reporting section 14 reports that the detection output has been generated.
