PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper or copper alloy flat perforated pipe for a heat exchanger with improved pressure resistance, weight reduction, and bendability while maintaining advantages of copper or a copper alloy superior in corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: A corrugated sheet 2 comprising copper or a copper alloy is arranged in a flat pipe 1 having a pair of opposing inner faces comprising copper or the copper alloy. The corrugated sheet 2 is bent so as to alternately contact with the pair of opposing faces of the flat pipe 1, and contact surfaces of the inner faces of the flat pipe 1 and the corrugate sheet 2 are joined by brazing 3.
