PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling capable of preventing wear of the shaft coupling due to a clearance between a rotary shaft and the shaft coupling when transmitting power and preventing occurrence of abnormal sound due to play at assembly time. SOLUTION: This shaft coupling 3 is provided with a metallic coupling body 4 forming recessed parts 45, 46 being a torque receiving face for receiving torque from a torque transmission piece 11 of a driving shaft 1 and a torque providing face for providing torque to a torque transmission piece 21 of a driven shaft 2, respectively, on an end face 43 of a central part 42 formed by providing a cut-out part 41 passing through in the axial direction and a spacer 5 being a rubber-like elastic body press-fitted into the cut-out part 41 with preliminary compression after engaging the torque transmission pieces 11, 21 of the driving shaft 1 and the driven shaft 2 with recessed parts 45a, 45b, 46a, 46b of the coupling body 4.
