PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure joining structure and a pressure joining construction method for a precast concrete beam 1 and a column 2 of excellent economical efficiency and safety requiring no temporary work scaffolding (a) at all by allowing anchoring work of a PC steel member 3 to be performed from the inside of a building even when pressure-joining the precast concrete beam 1 to the column 2 at the outer peripheral part of the building. SOLUTION: In the joining structure for pressure-joining the precast concrete beam 1 to the column 2, the precast concrete beam 1 is provided with stepped parts 11 comprising anchor faces facing the side face of the column 2, at both side faces, and one end of the PC steel member 3 is anchored to the stepped part 11 of the precast concrete beam 1, while the other end passes through the inside of the beam 1 and column 2 and is turned around in a horizontal or vertical direction and tension-anchored to the stepped part 11 provided at the same or another precast concrete beam to pressure-join the precast concrete beam 1 to the column 2.
