PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing device which can attain a good mixing effect and can also be applied to mixing of a single or a plurality of materials selected from low-viscosity viscous materials, highly viscous materials, various powder and granular materials, liquids, aggregates and the like even when a device is filled with no material and unstably supplied with the material. SOLUTION: The mixing device for static materials has a mixing structure comprising a single or a plurality of angular protruded members. The mixing structure has a circular or polygonal outer wall cross section, and two or more angular protruded members and discharge ports are arranged within the structure alternately in longitudinal and traverse directions. The angular protruded member and discharge port between adjacent mixing structures are arranged alternately, and a plurality of mixing structures are connected to each other in the longitudinal direction to constitute the material mixing device. The material mixing device has a material dividing, mixing and moving effect and has the function of a collision between the material and the inner wall surface of the mixing device and a collision between the materials.
