PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guard the living environment from excrement pollution and urine (marking) pollution by enabling the removal of the excrement/urine (marking) at the walking of an dog to be easily carried out by one tool. SOLUTION: The excrement/urine (marking)-removing tool can carry out both of stable disposal of the urine (marking) and the disposal of the excrement by one tool by installing an absorbing sheet in the interior of a disposal bag.
