PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for the culture control of biological cells, so designed that an aimed product is produced efficiently by continuing the culture while maximally suppressing the accumulation of proliferation-inhibitory substances while maintaining a substance demanded by the biological cells at a concentration suitable for the culture. SOLUTION: The system for culturing the biological cells while feeding the substance demanded by the biological cells during the culture is provided. A part of a culture liquid is sampled and the biological cells' concentration and the respective concentrations of glucose, glutamine, lactic acid, ammonia and the aimed cultured product are measured. Based on the resulting measurements obtained by a relevant means, the culture state of the biological cells is estimated, and a control is made so as to maintain at least the glutamine concentration in the culture liquid within the range from 0.16 mM to 1 mM by calculating the to-be-replenished feed level of glutamine.
