PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix mixer having a delay with a scale exceeding the limitation of the number of delay elements since the matrix mixer having a large delay of the number of inputs x the number of outputs cannot be configured due to the limitation of DSP resources when transmitting a mixer configuration created and edited by a PC to a digital mixer and realizing the operation of the mixer configuration by the digital mixer. SOLUTION: A signal processing module executed by a signal processing unit has an on/off element for turing on/off a signal from an input terminal to an output terminal, and a level control element for controlling the level of the signal at intersection point elements that are the intersection points between a plurality of input terminals and a plurality of output terminals. A smaller number of delay elements than the number of the intersection point elements are allocated to arbitrary intersection point elements, thus delaying a signal from the input terminal to the output terminal of the intersection point element allocated by the allocated delay element.
