The towed seeding plow has a number of modules (10) with carrier wheels (30) for the seed insertion depth and/or rollers (20) to press the earth over the planted seeds. A module has at least one and preferably two plowshares (40) and one carrier wheel. The plowshares can swing vertically upwards, independently of the wheel, with the downward movement restricted by the wheel height setting. Each plowshare is mounted on a swing arm (52) at the frame.
