<p>A vehicle superstructure has an external-wall surface that is delimited by a pair of wall parts (71, 72) that are pivotable around horizontal pivot axes (81, 91) . The lower wall part carries a pile of elements containing a flight of steps as well as railings (41, 42) of the flight of steps (31) as well as railings (87, 88) of a platform that is formed by the lower wall part (72) in the folded-out position. The flight of steps (31) is displaceable and received on a guide fitting on the lower wall (72) . The pile (100) is suspended on the lower wall part (72) and is received in an anteroom that is established inside said external-wall surface.
