FIELD: chemical industry; oil-processing industry; production of the bituminous-polymeric compositions used for insulating coatings of pipelines and steel structures. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the insulating coatings and may be used at development of the coatings applied for protection of the steel structures and pipelines against corrosion, the corrosion fatigue and the "stress" caused corrosion cracking, namely - the bituminous-polymeric composition on the basis of the petroleum bitumen, in particular BNB 70/30, which additionally contains follow-up containing the high-pressure polyethylene 10803-020, the atactic polypropylene, acidol and circulite powder at a following ratio of the ingredients (in mass %): the high-pressure polyethylene 10803-020 - 2.0-2.2; atactic polypropylene - 3.5-4.5; acidol - 1.0-1.2; circulite powder - 7.0-7.5; bituminous-polymeric composition on the basis of the petroleum bitumen BNB 70/30 - the rest. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the bituminous-polymeric insulating coatings used for protection of the steel structures and pipelines against corrosion, the corrosion fatigue and the "stress" caused corrosion cracking. ^ 2 tbl |
