KILN TOOL FOR FIRING FLAT PLATE TILE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kiln tool for firing a flat plate tile which can extend overall length by preventing the thermal deformation during tile firing and does not require the replacement of the entire shelf plates for firing the flat plate tile even when the adhesion of glaze is occurred.

SOLUTION: The shelf plates 1 for firing the flat plate tile divided into a plurality of pieces are arranged at the inside of a supporting beam 4 having a U-shaped cross section and consisting of a refractory material having high strength at a high temperature such as an Si-impregnated SiC or a recrystallized SiC. The shelf plates 1 for firing the flat plate tile are preferably provided with an inclined supporting part 3 of a flat plate tile supporting plate 5 and a carrying groove 2 to which the bottom end of the flat plate tile supporting plate 5 is inserted.
