ELECTRONIC AUTHENTICATION METHOD AND ELECTRONIC AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an illicit act of stealing a password in authentication of a WEB site when performing electronic commerce.

SOLUTION: This method for authenticating user information inputted from a communication terminal in a host managing a site information table and an electronic site has steps: for acquiring first information inputted to an input screen, and authenticating it based on site information table; for requiring transmission of second information corresponding to the first information from a local information table managed in the communication terminal; for authenticating the second information based on the site information table to receive the second information and to allow a transaction in the site; for changing the second information in a transactable period in the site after authenticating the second information, and updating a host information table; and for transmitting the changed second information to the communication terminal to update the second information of the local information table.
