<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical performance controller and a program that express a musical performance crescendo and decrescendo by reflecting operations of a player on dynamics variation of even a musical sound being generated in real time. <P>SOLUTION: When a player presses a key during sounding of a musical sound (a half note) lasting beyond a beat, a beating velocity corresponding to the strength of the keying, and sound volume specification information which corresponds to the quantity of stepping on a volume pedal by the player at this time are transmitted.
