<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device hard to rust with water entering therein. <P>SOLUTION: A tapered roller bearing has an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2, and a plurality of rolling elements rollingly arranged between a raceway surface 1a of the inner ring 1 and a raceway surface 2a of the outer ring 2.
