<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a capacity adjusting circuit upon its temperature rise irrespective of the temperature of a battery pack. <P>SOLUTION: When the temperature of the capacity adjusting circuit becomes higher than a first predetermined temperature (S200), the RPM of a cooling fan is controlled based on the temperature of the capacity adjusting circuit.
