PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage coaxial cable having excellent manufacturability and excellent flexibility, and allowing leakage at high frequency. SOLUTION: The leakage coaxial cable 1 is composed of: an internal conductor 3; an insulator 5 arranged in the circumference of the internal conductor 3; an external conductor 7 arranged in the circumference of the insulator 5; and an outer cover 9 arranged in the circumference of the external conductor 7, and the cable is characterized in that the external conductor 7 is formed in a braid; and the strand of the braid is formed by overlaying an insulating layer around a conductor.
