PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking facility allowing oblique bicycle parking, securing a sufficient passage for pedestrians even in a narrow sidewalk, enabling the pedestrians to pass safely and facilitating in-and-out of bicycles or the like. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking facility for storing two-wheelers such as bicycles wherein a large number of storage racks 10 for storing the individual two-wheelers 1 are disposed in parallel, has a mechanism for supporting the tip of the storage rack 10 rotatably by a pin 41 or the like and making the other end of the storage rack movable in circular arc shape to permit oblique bicycle parking.
