PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerging installation device for a structure capable of reducing the number of anchors to be fixed in the whole facility, suppressing affect on the natural ground in a peripheral area, and shortening a construction term. SOLUTION: A reaction force base 5 having a pedestal 5a and a reaction force supporting column 5b is arranged around a skeleton 1. The pedestal 5a is fixed on the ground by an anchor, and press-fitting reaction force of each jack is supported by the reaction force base 5. A pressurizing beam 3 incorporates a control panel 4 engaging with the structure in the horizontal direction to give force for reforming press-fitting attitude to the skeleton 1 through the control panel 4, and reaction force of the reforming force is supported by the reaction force base 5.
