PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one pack type, moisture-curable urethane resin composition which is excellent in both of thixotropy and jointability. SOLUTION: The one pack type, moisture-curable type urethane resin composition is characterized in that it contains a urethane prepolymer (A) and at least one kind of a stabilizer (B), and the stabilizer (B) has the carboxylic silyl ester groups expressed by the following formulae (1) and (2), and in that the number M of groups of the carboxylic silyl ester group expressed by the following formula (1) and the number N of groups of the carboxylic silyl ester group expressed by the following formula (2) satisfy the relationship in the following formula (3), wherein formula (1) is R<SP>1</SP>COO-Si≡, formula (2) is R<SP>2</SP>COO-Si≡, and formula (3) is 0.10≤M/(M+N)≤0.80, where R<SP>1</SP>is a univalent, 13-21C hydrocarbon group and R<SP>2</SP>is a 5-11C alkyl group.
